Job summary
Community Health Resources (CHR) in Willimantic, CT seeks a Registered Nurse to join the REST Center, a 24/7 crisis stabilization program. This full-time role involves nursing support, collaborative care planning, and crisis intervention to help individuals stabilize and transition to appropriate levels of care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Nursing and RN Licensure.
- Experience working with patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
- Experience in a managed care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct services to clients within a 24/7 residential setting.
- Intervenes in client conflicts to maintain positive milieu.
- Maintains rapport with clients and supports recovery-focused care.
- Delivers nursing assessments, medication monitoring, and care planning.
- Conducts crisis assessment and intervention.
- Transports clients within the program as needed.
- Documents interventions and observations in the chart.
