Community Health Resources (CHR) in Willimantic, CT, seeks an Registered Nurse for the REST Center. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 4pm–12am, delivering nursing support in a 24/7 crisis stabilization program, with focus on substance use and co-occurring disorders.

You will mentor clients, administer medications, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must hold CT RN licensure, have nursing program education, and experience in managed care or behavioral health

Competenze

• RN license to practice in CT required.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Experience with substance use and mental health disorders.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required or within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing services in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Manage medications and supervise on-site lab testing.
• Document interventions and client observations professionally.
• Deliver crisis assessment and behavioral health planning.
• Support clients with coping skills, ADLs, and recovery goals.
