Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Store Associate for our Southpark Mall studio in Charlotte, NC. You will greet customers, assist with ear piercings, and upsell non-piercing jewelry while upholding Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards.

You will support the team on weekends, manage appointments, answer questions, and process transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes product knowledge, service quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or book appointments using POS and software.
• Assist customers with piercing and jewelry selection.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory replenishment.
