Job summary

Rowan in Raleigh is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers, especially on weekends. You will assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and help maintain Rowan's high cleanliness and safety standards.

Work closely with the Studio Manager and the team to upsell jewelry and aftercare products, process transactions, restock displays, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with ear piercings and jewelry selection.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges.
