Job summary

Rowan, Inc. operates a Village District studio where a friendly Studio Sales Associate delivers an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will help customers with ear piercings, guide product selections, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Weekend availability is required; the role emphasizes strong customer service, brand knowledge, and teamwork to meet sales targets and uphold Rowan's standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to assist customers with piercing and jewelry selections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-in and appointment bookings using POS systems.
• Recommend piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry options.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote Rowan products and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Support team with inventory and administrative duties.
