Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly Studio Sales Associate to join our Suburban Square studio in Ardmore. You will help customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean, safe studio while supporting weekend shifts.

The role blends sales, service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate loves jewelry, communicates well, and thrives on delivering an exceptional Rowan experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Love for jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with check-in, appointments, and transactions.
• Provide product recommendations and educate on piercing and care.
• Upsell non-piercing jewelry, aftercare kits, and related items.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and nurses to deliver seamless service.
