Job summary

Rowan in Southdale Center seeks a Studio Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, customer-obsessed and ready to support weekend shifts. You will assist ear piercings, provide product guidance, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards to deliver the Rowan experience.

You will upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits, while meeting sales goals. Expect a busy studio environment with teamwork and strong customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell products and explain features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-in and appointment bookings using POS systems.
• Help customers select and style piercing and jewelry; answer questions on care.
• Promote Rowan products and maintain updated knowledge of offerings.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Studio Managers, Nurses and other team members.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage inventory replenishment.
