Job summary

Heyrowan in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Studio Sales Associate to deliver a warm, enthusiastic piercing and shopping experience. You will assist customers with ear piercings, upsell non-piercing jewelry, and help maintain Rowan’s high standards of cleanliness and safety on weekends.

Focus on product knowledge, aftercare guidance, and delivering exceptional service. You will work with the Studio Manager and team to achieve studio goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and help create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-ins and appointment bookings using POS and software.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, stock, and inventory displays.
• Process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain records.
