Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson! is seeking a Restoration Manager to oversee all facets of restoration projects and crews, driving customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth.

The role leads a front-line team toward operational excellence and requires strong leadership and safety compliance. The position works primarily on-site with travel within Jefferson and Shelby counties, offering a part-time schedule and weekend coverage to support active projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certifications are strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.

The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Physical Requirements

Frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead. While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.

Pay $25/hr

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements: This is a part-time position working primarily Saturday and Sunday, no more than 20 hours per week. Travel is required within Jefferson and Shelby County to customer residences and places of business.
