Job summary

CTDI in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet targets, and drive quality and P&L results. This role supervises production operations within an assigned area or shift.

Weekend shift is 12:00PM - 10:30PM, Friday - Monday. Hourly pay ranges from $24.61–$26.60, with a 15% supervisory differential (totaling $28.30–$30.59/hour) and monthly bonus potential, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements for efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting to customers.
