Job summary

CTDI in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise production workers, meet targets, maintain quality, and drive P&L results in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Weekend shift 12:00PM-10:30PM, hourly pay 24.61–26.60, plus a 15% supervisory differential (totaling 28.30–30.59/hour), with monthly bonus potential. Full benefits including health, dental & vision, PTO, 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on results.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and handling quality control.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting and strong SLAs.
• Lead shift transitions with clear communication for the next shift.
• Support safety, training, and adherence to procedures and policies.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
