Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign activities for production workers, ensuring targets are hit and quality is maintained. The role oversees operations in a specified shift, with 1st shift from 5:00AM to 3:30PM, Thursday through Sunday.

The position offers an hourly rate of $21.97 with a 15% shift differential and requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience. CTDI provides a family-friendly environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements.
• Meets daily KPIs with accurate reporting and customer-facing updates.
• Delivers shift transition information for the next team and supports escalations.
• Monitors quality, maintains safety, and ensures SLAs are met.
• Supports P&L forecasting, labor planning, and reporting requirements.
• Trains, motivates, and guides staff on procedures and processes.
• Ensures inventory levels meet demand and coordinates workflow.
