Job summary

CTDI, a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company, seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead production teams on 1st shift from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday in the United States. You will manage tasks, drive efficiency, ensure quality, and support P&L planning.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and strategic decision-making with focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements.
• Meets and reports KPIs, ensuring SLAs and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Delivers clear shift-transition information and supports escalated issues.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Supports P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Provides training and guidance on procedures and processes.
• Ensures health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Performs additional duties as needed to support operations.
