Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor in Lawrence, MA to coordinate and direct production workers, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained while driving P&L results. Weekend shift runs 11:00AM - 9:30PM, Saturday through Tuesday.

The role requires leading a team in a warehouse environment, managing daily KPIs, and coordinating with management and customers to uphold SLAs. A focus on safety and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with continuous improvement focus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-project prioritization.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packing for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting that surpasses customer expectations.
• Deliver clear information during shift transitions and prepare the next shift for success.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved.
• Engage in employee relations to address concerns and maintain a positive environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning/scheduling.
• Prepare daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure inventory and staffing meet demand.
• Provide training, motivation, and support on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
