Job summary

CTDI in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign the activities of production workers, ensure targets are met, and drive quality and P&L results in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs, communicate with management and customers, provide training and coaching, and ensure OSHA-compliant safety practices while maintaining efficient inventory flow and worker morale.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-project management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with clear communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, QC, or packing.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements.
• Meets or exceeds daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Leads shift transitions and ensures next shift readiness.
• Provides first-level support for shifted issues.
