Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities, meet targets, and drive quality and P&L results in a first-shift role (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday). The position involves supervising workers, scheduling tasks, and maintaining KPI performance while ensuring safety and compliance across the warehouse.

Requires 1+ years of leadership experience and an associate degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic approach to continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily KPIs, with accurate reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Deliver clear information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.
• Provide first level of support for escalated issues during the work shift.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring department performance metrics.
