Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials or distribution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging for shipment.
• Schedules and assigns tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements.
• Meets daily KPIs with accurate reporting to exceed customer expectations.
• Delivers clear shift handoffs to ensure the next shift is prepared for success.
• Provides first level of support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Supports in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
