Job summary

CTDI, a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company, seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities, meet targets, and drive quality while ensuring safe, compliant operations. The role supervises during assigned shifts and supports KPI achievement and customer SLAs.

You will lead workers, schedule tasks, and mentor staff, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and P&L awareness in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in materials/distribution environment.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic, results-driven thinking.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control or packing.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Conduct shift transition briefings to prepare the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Ensure adequate inventory flow and staffing to meet demand.
