The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), with 1–2 years of ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing experience and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• ADN is required. BSN is preferred.
• 1–2 years of ambulatory, clinic, or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• RN license in state is required; NCLEX-RN passed; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform triage in person and by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Provide patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
