The RN will administer medications and immunizations, coordinate care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient ambulatory care. ADN is required; BSN preferred, with RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1-2 years ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Current state RN license required; NCLEX-RN completed.
• BLS certification required; AMB-BC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and performs triage in person and by phone.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Provides patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinates referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Manages patient messages and results within scope.
• Supports prevention and population health outreach.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and stocked clinical environment.
• Documents care in the electronic health record.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
