Job summary

Rowan, Inc. in Chicago’s Tribune Tower studio seeks a friendly Studio Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will assist customers with ear piercings, recommend products, and uphold Rowan’s high standards of cleanliness and safety.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires weekend availability and close collaboration with the Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers. You’ll process transactions, help restock, and contribute to Rowan’s brand through

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic with jewelry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with ear piercings and product recommendations.
• Answer questions about procedures, aftercare, and jewelry care.
• Promote and upsell products and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Process transactions and manage inventory and displays.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and nurses for seamless service.
