Job summary

Rowan in Bridgewater is seeking a friendly Studio Sales Associate to create a memorable piercing and shopping experience. You will assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and help keep the studio clean and organized. This is an hourly, non-exempt role reporting to the Studio Manager.

Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required. You will upsell non-piercing jewelry, aftercare kits, and related items while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming service and create a celebratory environment for customers.
• Assist customers with check-in, appointments, and jewelry selections.
• Promote and upsell products, stay updated on Rowan’s offerings, and meet sales targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, stock, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers; participate in team meetings and training.
• Process transactions accurately and manage inventory and records.
