Job summary

Rowan in Jordan Creek Town Center seeks a friendly Studio Sales Associate to deliver a memorable piercing and shopping experience. You will assist customers with ear piercing, jewelry selection, and aftercare guidance, while maintaining Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards in a busy weekend schedule.

You will upsell non-piercing jewelry, aftercare products, and contribute to a welcoming, team‑oriented studio environment with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrive in a busy environment and stay productive when it’s quieter.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist customers in choosing and styling piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products and aftercare kits.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations, especially for piercing procedures.
• Assist with inventory and display maintenance.
• Collaborate with Managers and Nurses to provide seamless service.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills.
