Rowan is hiring a Studio Sales Associate at our Walt Whitman studio. You will create a warm piercing and shopping experience, assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and help maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have weekend availability, strong customer service, and the ability to upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare products. You will work with the Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers to deliver exceptional service and support inventory and

Qualifications

• Previous retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with appointments and use POS to check in customers.
• Advise on piercing options and jewelry; upsell products.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and stock supplies.
