Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Healthcare experience in a physician office or hospital.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of revenue cycle and financial resources for patients.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, Patient Rights/Responsibilities, HIPAA, HMOs, PPOs and commercial payers.
• Detail oriented and professional communication.
• Working knowledge of computers and typing.
• Insurance experience preferred.
