Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills; typing 40 wpm.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and respond to questions and concerns.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; communicate options to patients when needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with departments and physicians offices.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and compliant with policies.
• Enter and update patient information in Epic and registration systems.
• Complete out-of-pocket estimations as requested by patients and aid training as needed.
• Cross-train across departments to ensure coverage and efficiency.
