Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. Duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

You will work part-time with minimal weekday hours and weekend shifts, with a starting pay range of $17–$18/hour plus a $400 referral bonus per hired referral and other benefits like team bonus and early

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, chats and in person, adapting style to suit customers by problem solving and resolving conflict.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star customer experience.
• Meet service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs and Be There for all customers, with operational checklists.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and escalate issues when needed.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options and assist with appointments and pickups.
