David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the alterations team. The CSR welcomes customers, books appointments, answers phones, and assists with pressing and pickup readiness to deliver a five‑star experience.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, handling multiple customers, and maintaining store standards. Part‑time benefits and a focus on customer care help drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience helpful for alterations tasks.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and online with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Schedule and manage alterations appointments and customer flow.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure high-quality service and resolve customer concerns quickly and confidently.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and assist with inventory as needed.
