Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department with a focus on delivering a five-star customer experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

Part-time role with minimal weekday hours and weekend availability, plus team bonuses and perks like early pay and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers and complete operational tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns confidently.
• Explain how alterations can enhance the dress for events and promote alterations services.
