Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, and help press garments. This part-time role supports the alterations department and reports to the Store Manager, with duties including greeting customers in person, over the phone, or virtually, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt communication; resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows and support alterations, scheduling and pickup readiness.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers and escalate as needed.
• Promote alterations services and maintain store standards.
