David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers, schedule alterations, and ensure a high-quality experience. The CSR will use POS systems, manage appointments, and coordinate with the Alterations team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
• Prior sewing experience is helpful
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, or in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs; assist with alterations and checkout.
• Assist with inventory, special orders, pickups, and quality control for altered garments.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and provide a positive shopping experience.
