Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join the alterations team. You will welcome and assist customers, book appointments, answer calls, and help ensure orders are ready for pickup.

You will promote alterations services, maintain store standards, and deliver a five-star customer experience across multiple channels. Prior sewing and POS experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
• Address customer concerns confidently and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance.
