David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, book alterations, and ensure a five-star service experience in-store.

You will press garments, manage appointments, answer phones, upsell alterations, keep the area pristine, and support inventory with accuracy. This part-time position offers team bonuses, early pay options, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful to assist alterations.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm by phone, chat, or in person and solve problems clearly.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns confidently.
• Explain alterations and promote services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; escort customers to alterations.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean merchandise; inspect garments prior to delivery.
• Build relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty; assist with inventory and transactions.
