Traba, Inc. is seeking a Customer On-Site for our Arkansas warehouse, responsible for serving as the main contact between Traba's workforce and the client's on-site leadership.

You’ll oversee day-to-day worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and ensure clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team. This weekend shift runs Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a short-term peak-season placement from November 13 through Christmas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Polished, presentable demeanor in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, acting as primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules for new hires.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and feedback; escalate as needed.
• Bridge communications between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify and address worker performance concerns; handle incidents and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, staffing coverage, and PPE management.
• Identify wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
