Job summary

Traba seeks a Customer On-Site in Mechanicsburg, PA to be the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and the client's on-site leadership. You will provide operational oversight to drive service delivery, coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and act as the face of Traba inside the facility.

This role is for the 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11PM - 7AM, in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage worker support, clock-ins, PPE distribution, and maintain professional relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as the primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, start schedules, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and on-site performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Act as the bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support; communicate updates clearly.
