Traba is hiring an On-Site Customer role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will serve as the main face between workers, site leadership, and Traba operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day support, onboarding, scheduling, and issue resolution.

You will manage relationships, coordinate start schedules for new hires, handle payroll questions, and escalate incidents as needed while contributing to overall account health and growth.

• Experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication both verbal and written.
• Polished, professional demeanor in client settings.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with site supervisors and workers; be the main contact at the facility.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and shift scheduling for new hires.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support.
• Identify and address worker performance concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support daily site operations and staffing, ensuring positive worker experience.
