Traba, Inc. is seeking a Customer On-Site to be the primary link between our workforce and the client's on-site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will manage onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day worker support, ensuring smooth communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team. This role requires professional demeanor, strong relationship-building, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba in client-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules for new hires.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support.
• Identify and escalate worker performance concerns and site challenges.
• Support day-to-day site operations and staffing coverage.
