Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site for a weekend shift in Maumelle, AR. You will be the face of Traba at the client site, overseeing worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication with site leadership.

In a fast-paced warehouse environment, you’ll coordinate onboarding and interviews, manage clock-ins and pay questions, and escalate issues as needed. This short-term peak-season role runs Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary contact.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication among client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
