Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to be the main contact between the workforce and the client's on-site leadership. You will oversee operations, onboarding, scheduling, and communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal operations team.

This role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, and the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse / manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing roles in staffing, manufacturing, or warehouses.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules for new hires.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Bridge communications between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support.
• Identify and resolve worker performance concerns and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations and shift management.
• Drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
