Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen for weekend on-call shifts in San Francisco, CA. You will greet tenants, guests and vendors, coordinating referrals and reservations to create exceptional resident experiences.

Applicants should have 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while lifting up to 50 lbs. Full benefits and a 401K are offered to employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and able to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and helps access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.
