Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring for Concierge/Doorman roles in San Francisco to greet tenants, guests, and vendors and to create welcoming, personalized experiences.

These on-call swing and graveyard shifts require strong customer service, communication, and knowledge of local attractions. You will coordinate reservations, events, mail handling, and access control in a busy building environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Develop relationships to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions to local entertainment, dining, retail, and services; manage mail and deliveries; control access.
