Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge team in San Francisco is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring safety and a premium experience.

You will greet and guide visitors, coordinate reservations, plan on-site events, and help access local entertainment, dining, and services, while handling mail, deliveries, and access control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop relationships with tenants to tailor experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail, sports, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones and monitor lobby, maintain and control keys & access cards.
