Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with switchboard operations preferred.
• Keyboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls courteously.
• Operate Zetron Paging System for paging and alerts.
• Program new/loaner pagers with American Messaging Service.
• Input and manage on-call schedules in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and ensure postings are up-to-date.
• Handle after-hours calls and emergency lines (Code Blue/White/Gray).
• Communicate via approved channels for fire and alarms.
• Use Spok applications for paging and directory lookups.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
