Qualifications

• Experience with switchboard operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer operations is required.
• Keyboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and direct calls to proper location in a courteous and timely manner using approved scripting.
• Operate Zetron Paging System to program, exchange, or issue pagers.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and update online scheduling sheets.
• Answer after-hours calls for several physician offices and handle emergency calls.
• Provide patient care related duties while adhering to age-specific safety guidelines.
