Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the 11pm–7am weekend shift. The Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services at a designated site, acting as a liaison between site staff, Account Manager, and officers.

You will coach, recognize performance, and enforce policies within empowerment guidelines, ensuring professional conduct, safety, and incident response during your shift.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record; ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
