Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a part-time role in Mobile, AL. The position pays $19.66/hr and covers Thursday through Saturday, midnight to 8am.

You will supervise the on-site security team, coordinating with the site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service. Qualifications

• 3+ years security, military, or law enforcement experience or related education.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Intermediate computer skills and crisis handling abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs for the shift.
