Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a weekend shift. The role acts as the liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.

The position is part-time with Saturday and Sunday 7am–3pm hours. Starting pay is $28 per hour, with paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• For driving positions, valid driver's license with clean record and insurance as required.
