Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a part-time weekend shift, including Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday 7am-3pm, and Sunday 3pm-11pm. The role involves supervising security staff and coordinating between client site, Account Manager, and officers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record
• Background check and drug/alcohol test as a condition of employment
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range
• Prepare written reports and logs as required
• Maintain professional interactions with client personnel and the public
