Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a specific shift at a client site, coordinating with the site supervisor, account manager, and officers. The role emphasizes coaching, discipline within empowerment ranges, and delivering high-quality security services on afternoons, evenings, and overnights.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and possess strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
