Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a part-time role on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisor and account managers, and guiding security officers with coaching and discipline within empowerment guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with driving history meeting company policy.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
